Ferns spill over the stairs, a colourful scene surrounds us, and every corner has been given a soul. We kept the memories of the old house and let Vallarta do the rest — intriguing, unhurried, a little eclectic.
No two are alike. We designed each around a single idea and furnished it with pieces that are part of our history. Rates vary by room and season: send us your dates and we'll give you the total price, taxes included.

Up top, the house loosens its collar. Mismatched chairs, potted palms, a small bar, a shared kitchen and a jumble of tile like a village square. In the evening the light goes gold, someone puts on a record, and you watch the town come alive.

A fresh, deli-style breakfast to ease into the day — seasonal fruit, cold-pressed juices from our juice bar, just-baked pastries and a proper fine espresso, served downstairs in the lobby. Offered à la carte, with vegetarian and vegan options always on hand.
Our own little kitchen on the first floor — homemade focaccia and fresh pasta made daily, with a short, well-chosen wine list. Take a table in the restaurant, carry it up to the rooftop, or order room service straight to your room.

The boardwalk, its sculptures and the golden-sand beach are one block away — and it's a 10-minute walk south to the lively Zona Romántica.

Chat with usWe're at Josefa Ortiz de Domínguez 157, in Centro — the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta — one block from the Malecón and the beach. The Zona Romántica is a 10-minute walk south, and the airport is about 20–30 minutes by car, depending on traffic.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Arriving early or leaving late? Message us — we'll hold your bags and, when the house is quiet, we're usually flexible.
Breakfast isn't included, but it's available each morning for an extra charge — a fresh, deli-style spread with seasonal fruit, cold-pressed juices from our juice bar, just-baked pastries and a proper fine espresso, served in the lobby (vegetarian and vegan options always available). For the rest of the day, our homemade focaccia & pasta kitchen on the first floor does dine-in or room service.
Every room has A/C, ceiling fans and fast Wi-Fi. We don't have a private lot, but there's a secure paid lot a block away and we'll reserve you a spot on request. Honestly, most guests park the car and walk everywhere.
We're a small, quiet house. Children are welcome and count toward each unit's capacity: Familiar and Balcone sleep up to 4. Tell us who's coming and we'll suggest the best fit.
